Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically shipped out within 1-5 business days. 
Tracking number will be sent to the
email that is linked to the order.

Shipping options include "First Class" or "Priority Mail". 
"Priority Mail" includes $100 insurance on lost or damaged items.

"Local Pickup" is also available.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you have up to 7 business days from the time your package arrives to make a return. 
Returns will not be accepted after 7 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them.
It must also be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Do not send your item(s) back until you have received email confirmation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

So long as you are eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 2-3 business days.

Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.


If any item is not in it's original condition, is damaged, or lost - for reasons not due to our error - a refund will not be offered.
"Priority Mail" shipping is available, which includes up to $100 insurance on your order for lost or damaged items.

Sale items / discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
Only regular priced items can be returned / refunded.
